1. Right of withdrawal and cancellation of donations 

As a charitable organisation, we are not subject to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Your contribution is a donation, not a purchase, and is therefore not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Cancellation of recurring donations

We want it to always be safe and flexible to support our work. You may therefore cancel your recurring donation agreement at any time – easily and without difficulty.

3. MobilePay subscriptions

Agreements set up via MobilePay can be cancelled directly in the MobilePay app. The cancellation takes effect immediately. However, if payment has already been initiated or scheduled, it may still be completed before the agreement ends.

4. Direct debit agreements

Direct debit agreements can be cancelled via your online banking service or by contacting your bank. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which your bank registers the cancellation. Any payments already notified may still be debited in the same month. If this occurs, you always have the option to reject the payment with your bank no later than the 7th day of the payment month.
